Yıldızlar İnşaat ve Ticaret Inc., a member of our group of companies, has been successfully awarded the tender for the Malatya Province, Yeşilyurt District, 2nd Region, 8th Phase Project. The tender, which was issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) on December 25, 2024, encompasses the comprehensive construction of 1,060 residential units, 8 urban transformation housing units, 8 commercial units, and 1 mosque, in addition to all requisite infrastructure and landscaping works.
