ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group adopted to bring the customers’ satisfaction to highest level upon the full participation of its employees and continuous development, to create a preventive work environment against occupational accidents and diseases in all of its activities and to protect the environment.

In this direction, ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group Management Systems were certified in accordance with the standards of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001:2008 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System.

One of the major requirements of the integrated management systems of ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group which have been certified by international standards is to maintain a systematic approach  which provides traceability in all stages.  Upon the applications which were based on standardizations in our activities; planning, application and control stages for  the business and management processes  are followed up and evaluated.  


As a result of the nature of the sectors in which we take place, although a maximum utilization has been provided from the technological advancements, labor intensive works are carried out. Therefore, human labor and human factor have a significant place in the works we have been executing. For ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group; each employee who is going home healthy is more important than a profitable project  which has been completed on time. For this reason, ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group; as an indicator of its appreciation to its employees, provides the execution of investments at all its work places in order to create a healthy and reliable working environment..

ENVISION DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group, EnVision Document Management System software provides creation, control, approval, distribution, storage, backup and easy access of all documentation and records on an information system.

Document management is the systematic use, storage and management of all records, documents, forms and documents of different types and categories, created within the quality management system and used by different users, in an electronic environment under the “paperless office” perspective.

With the document management system, the effort, time and expenses spent on printing, copying, filing and archiving of documents on paper are minimized. Thanks to its web-based infrastructure, access is provided to both the office, inter-office and out-of-office usage and document pool independently from the campus.

Document and process management system provides the use and reporting of corporate forms in digital environment, offers the opportunity to conduct corporate business processes over electronic workflows, supports Institutionalization with the use of common documents, workflows and forms within the organization. It provides traceability by management. Reduces physical archiving costs, provides security against disasters and other risks, simplifies the maintenance process

ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group adapted the IFS software in order to integrate the processes carried out by the departments with separate softwares by integrating them on a single software and to ensure that the processes are carried out in a correct, consistent and controlled manner, preventing the work flows from breaking, and to see the analysis of all processes over a single software.

The process approach of the software and corporate management is applied, keeping the accuracy and consistency of the transactions carried out by many units and affecting each other. With this software, which integrates all central units, construction sites and businesses, all resources of the institution can be managed integratedly. Employees can perform their operational transactions (registration, control, data search, etc.) faster, and while using the advantage of fast control in process control, data search, managers and senior managers can instantly receive administrative reports that integrate all points of the company. With the program, daily transactions are recorded, quick access to data is provided, current sub-reports and administrative reports are received at any time.
