As the Human Resources department, we develop solutions for the needs of our organization in order to maximize the sustainable performance of our company, and we always set personal and strategic development as targets.
As we move towards this goal, we know that we will achieve success in the light of science and technology, and we support our employees, who are our most valuable asset, with various training-development programs we have created. We set ourselves a mission to support each of our employees in their journey to realize their potential.

Compensation Management

For all candidates who will start working in ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group and our group employees at all levels, remuneration and fringe benefits policies are determined through work valuation and grading studies. With the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology, which systematically measures our compliance with market data every year, our remuneration policy is reviewed.

Performance Management and Competency Evaluation

The performance of the employees is measured with the Target Cards prepared every year based on the strategic goals of our company. With the Competency Evaluation system, which is prepared based on the company competency model, employee behavior is measured. At the end of both evaluation processes; with the goal card results, it is aimed to reward those who show superior performance, as well as to identify people with high potential and to take more responsibility and to identify areas of development.

Career and Talent Management

The purpose of the Career Planning and Succession process within ERN Holding and Yıldızlar Group is to provide the professional knowledge, skills and development opportunities required to identify high-potential employees and work in higher positions.
